About Me
I understand what you are going through. For more than 20 years I suffered through digestive issues, fatigue, difficulty losing weight, brain fog, joint pain, and headaches. My doctor told me I was just “getting older.” I was offered anti-depressants for my fatigue and brain fog, and medication for everything else. Thankfully, I listened to my gut (pun intended!), did some of my own research, and found relief almost immediately once gluten and dairy were removed from my diet. I felt better and had ample energy for the first time in years! Most importantly, I was no longer experiencing joint and intestinal pain. My own personal breakthrough is what compelled me to study nutrition and equip myself to help others.
During this time, I lost 75 lbs, have kept most of that excess weight off, reduced the occurrences of headaches and fatigue, restored balance to my gut, eliminated most of my joint pain, and have greatly improved my sleep quality. The knowledge, tools and methods I use in my practice are proven, and I follow them myself!
The picture on the left is me from 2010 at my heaviest weight, suffering from pain, insomnia, headaches, and severe gut issues; a very low point in my life. In the picture on the right, taken in 2025, I’m healthier, lighter, more confident, and happier.
My approach
My goal is to provide a judgment-free space where we work together to create a customized plan that empowers you to reclaim your health.
I use testing to help determine the best recommendations for you, and meet regularly with you to provide support. Testing eliminates guesswork so we can focus on what your body needs. Since gut health affects everything else, I like to start with GI health and food sensitivity tests, as well as a comprehensive blood panel. From there, I consider your test results along with your symptoms and goals, and we create a plan together.
I love talking to people about their health and offer a free consultation to help you determine if nutritional therapy is right for you.
Let’s talk - you’re worth it!
